JBC was approached by the Mass. Department of Higher Education to produce a short film to lead-off its rollout of “The Vision Project”. The Vision Project offers the first comprehensive view of where the Commonwealth’s public higher education system stands, in comparison to other states, on a number of key indicators including graduation rates, student learning and workforce development. At a time when more students than ever are enrolling in public higher education in Massachusetts, the video, plus a PSA produced afterwards, that all students in the Commonwealth have access to a world-class public higher education system. JBC, working with all the campuses, combined original captured interviews and stories along with footage provided by multiple sources.
